Garland Cuts provides professional barber services including haircuts, fades, lineups, beard trims, and hot lather shaves. All services are provided at our location: 3131 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd, Suite B1A, Suwanee, GA 30024.

3. Appointments and Booking

• Online Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website 24/7.
• Confirmation: You will receive an SMS and/or email confirmation upon successful booking.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking.
• Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. You can cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• Tips are appreciated but not required.

• We maintain clean and sanitized equipment in accordance with Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers standards.
• Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns before your service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.

We welcome children for haircuts. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on the premises during the service.
